Billing Information
We are moving towards a fully automated billing system for monthly system payments. We are moving all clients to use standing orders or our new Billing Platform.

Profile declaration:
The management have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone at REC.
Riders under 16 yrs of age: I accept full responsibility for my child, and I accept my child rides at his/her own risk.
Riders aged 16 yrs and over: I confirm that I agree that I ride entirely at my own risk.
Data Protection Act 1998: Statement: I understand that the information I have given will be held in accordance with the data protection act 1998 but may also be made available to insurers and other concerned parties in the event of any injury or accident.
I confirm that to the best of my knowledge all of the entered details are correct. A parent or guardian of riders under the age of 16 must sign this form.
I acknowledge that riding is a risk sport and holds a potential danger, and that all horses may react unpredictably on occasions.
- For those measures to be effective everyone present must themselves take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents.
- REC will accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss, injury or damage to any person, or their property or animal, whilst on REC premises.
- No claim, or correspondence in respect of any claim, will be entered into arising fromany incident, accident or injury to any person, animal or property at REC.
- We strongly advise all clients should ensure that they, and their animals, are fully covered by third party insurance.
- Instructions given by any Official or member of staff must be obeyed.
- All instructors using REC for teaching purposes are responsible for providing their own insurance, child protection certificate and first aid training. Use of REC by an instructor assumes that these requirements have been met.
- Horses and ponies at REC must be aged 4 years or older, unless by special agreement.
- Any person responsible for a stallion on REC premises must take adequate precautions to ensure the safety of others and should inform management that a stallion is present.
- A hard hat to current British Standard EN 1384 or PAS 015, with a correctly fittedchin strap must be worn at all times whilst mounted, and is advised at all other timeswhilst handling horses.
- Body protectors are highly recommended.
- Correct dress must be worn at all times. Arms should be covered and correct footwear must be worn whilst mounted.
- Any person or animal acting in a dangerous manner may be asked to leave the premises. Excessive use of whips or spurs, foul language, cruelty or abuse will not be tolerated and will result in the offender being asked to leave the premises.
- Management reserve the right to refuse entry if deemed necessary, without giving areason.
- In the event of concussion, which may occur without the loss of consciousness, riders are not allowed to remount. An examination from a medic should be sought.
- No Dogs allowed
- Please do not muck out trailers or horseboxes on REC premises.
- Please clear up any mess your animal makes.
- Please take all litter away with you, or deposit in a litter bin.
- Any person found damaging, destroying, vandalising or stealing REC property orpremises will be asked to leave the premises. Costs will be charged to the offending person(s) and prosecution may be initiated.
- REC may engage the use of a photographer. By hiring/entering you agree to REC using images (still and moving) of you and/or your child(ren) for advertising, marketing and publicity.
- Any vet/paramedic cost must be met by the injured party.
- No lunging at any time on REC premises, unless an area has been specifically hired todo so. Hire of an arena for lunging must be made clear at the time of booking.
- The arena must be left in the state it was found, unless previously agreed with management.
- Spectators who attend events for which they must be located within the arena do so at their own risk. Spectators will be in the arena with animals which may pose a danger, and whilst REC will take sensible precautions to increase safety, spectators mustaccept the risks are entirely their own.
- All horses/ponies present on site must conform to vaccination requirements and maybe asked to leave if this cannot be proven. Equine passports must be presented on request.
- Any booking at Runningwell EC assumes full agreement to the terms and conditions.

Please note lessons can only be booked online if your account has been verified, you meet the level requirements and the booking is made more than a day in advance. If you have any questions or wish to book at shorter notice please contact Runningwell EC. Bookings can only be cancelled by contacting the office and all bookings are governed by Runningwell EC Terms. Vouchers cannot be used for online bookings.

Documentation and Terms
Payment, cancellation and refund policy: Prepayment is required for all lessons at the time of booking. Thereafter you may change your lesson to another date/time provided 24 hours notice is given. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance for whatever reason. No refunds will be issued for unused vouchers.
